I had a great experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The two ladies in the office were so kind and made the entire process quick and easy. They even come out to your car and carry your boxes inside for you. Their prices are the lowest I've found in the city and the customer service is outstanding. If you're looking for an affordable, hassle-free shredding service with great people, I highly recommend this place.

Very satisfied!!! From start to finish, Canon helped me with this entire process and it was super easy. William arrived and handled the actual shredding. He was very friendly and it took us very little time to take care of everything. Thank you guys for a smooth first time experience!

Called Secure Shredding for a shredding truck/ service. Getting a quote was fast and easy, very professional. Follow up calls kept me on track. Today was the day, I was sure the person that was sent would pass out when he saw the boxes. Instead, he said, Mam, this is great and easily manageable. I needed to watch one bin go through the shredder .. oh by the way.. its done all on site !! Ken had no issues with me seeing that container go through, it was old personnel files and he explained how this worked and let me watch and take pictures for our VP of HR. I checked on him a few times and he was getting it done, assuring all the empty boxes were properly stacked back up, Ken kept it so clean, so professional. GREAT EXPERIENCE !! TOTALLY GREAT . I called to compliment Kenterrius Cooper and Chad Godbery was well receptive and appreciated the call. Secure Shredding is the best. !! thank you Ken for totally making this a great experience.!! You are a rock star ! thanks Rhonda from Viasat in Broussard LA
